My son has a 87 420 SEL and today he couldn't get the ignition key to turn in the ignition switch. We have two keys and both will not turn in the switch (as if it's the wrong key). He said this has been a gradual problem. It does turn slightly in the switch - but not enough to reach the first indentation. I'm hoping it is a key problem and not a switch problem - easier to order some new keys. Has anyone encountered this problem before?
