The problem is the tumbler is worn out. If you would have ordered a new one from Rusty and changed it out while you could still turn the key, it would have been a easy 5 min job. Since you cant turn it, you are talking major cutting and drilling to get it out. Might try getting it to turn one last time then dont remove the key till you get a new tumbler.
