Stuck in ignition/master switch?  Is it stuck in the #1 position or full ON
position?  If it's in #1 position, leave it there, remove the cylinder and
install a new cylinder - usually takes a minute or so.  Immediately order a
new cylinder from dealer via Rusty (need VIN).  If it's not in #1 position
and will not turn, attach a key to a vibrating sander (IAW my procedures of
last Oct) to vibrate the lock and improve your chances of turning it to #1
position in order to remove the cylinder.  I'll elaborate if you need it.
