I didn't mean they REALY COULD NOT, only that they for other reasons
"couldn't"/didn't.  They had shown for 30+ years they COULD; it's most sad
that they WOULD not not and tried to do it the stupid, "cheap" way.  'Ruined
not only GM's Diesel reputation and the American Diesel market, but
everybody else's Diesel market, even MB's.
