I don't know but I do know that a neighbor was pulling a ski boat with his 3/4 ton Suburban and had 3 blow-outs in one year.
It turns out that the tires he was running weren't up to the load even though the tong weight + 1/4 of the Suburban weight were well under what was marked on the tire sidewalls. He went up one load rating and the problems went away.
