The issue is not the oil in the pan, it’s the oil in the filter housing & a topsider won't help there.
Anyway, I don't believe the 115 bodies were designed for topsiders. I've not had the pan off any of the ones I owned but we did pull the lower pan off a friends when we discovered the keeper was missing off his timing chain master link. The dip stick tube was nowhere near the bottom of the pan.
