The porcine influenza has struck me down...
But my experience with the dash replacement was pretty simple to do.
If you are doing a quick and dirty, just get the stuff out of the way
and pay no heed to where it went on your donor. Maybe pay attention
enough so that when you do the install you have an outline of what to
do first.
There are three nuts that hold the dash in. Remove the A pillar trim,
get the rest of the stuff out of the way and with a buddy carefully
remove the dash. Kill everything that gets in the way.

The thought of removing the dash on a W114/115 is blood-curdling.
Hey, it can't be _that_ bad! It's just a dash fer cryin
out loud. I've R&R'd 107 dashes more than I'd like, and
R'd an uncracked 123 once at the junkyard. (Still hanging
in my garage.)
I guess the wood will be crushed with the car...
Perhaps, but it seems a shame. Clay's done it. Clay?
