Per my Doc, in general Nexium and it's clones is out there to allow us to do 
something that is unhealthy and easily controled. He was unhappy when my cardio 
guy gave it to he to relive the angina mymicing symptoms I was experiancing. 

3 rules. 
DO NOT OVER EAT 
DO NOT Eat within 2 hours of bed time. 
Take no more that a sip of water before bed time. 

I follow these rules, problem solved

Nexium works better than Prilosec for me.
