Depends on which injection pump you have.  Procedure 07.1-100 shows
screw stop for MW pump and 5mm set screw with locking nut (at back of
pump, near top) for M/RSF pump (which I think is what you have).  Same
procedure also says to check and adjust all the linkages first.  I've
already deleted the original post, so send me you email address again
and I'll send you a copy of the procedure.

Even my '87 has this idle speed adjuster.

I believe it's a screw stop on the throttle lever on the IP.
