72oz at 16oz to the lb sounds like just short of 5 lbs so yeah, something like two and a quarter kilos. The nice thing about a steak that big is how good it takes when you make it into a sandwich or soup or something later on. I'll order the big porterhouse at the Outback Steakhouse (theres somewhere you should go when you come here, comedy gold!) which is I think 22oz and eat maybe 1/3 of it at the restaurant...
