I know nothing of 123s so YMMV, but in my experience with 124s and
126s, those plastic junction blocks and connectors in M-Bs can always
be dissassembled for repair or replacement without destroying them.
The trick is figuring out how---every one is different, but there's
always some little tab somewhere to be bent back, or a secret slot
into which you have to insert a tiny screwdriver blade, etc. Then you
can solder a new pin to the broken wire in the case of connectors,
etc. Or am I not getting what you're talking about when you refer to
a junction block? :)
