Correct! Its 5mm x 0.80 if anybody is interested. I didn't have a 5mm x 0.80 die (but strangely my kit had the tap) so I chased with a 6mm x 1.0 die which made things better, cleaned up the outside of the threads anyway. I spaced and completely forgot to pick up the die when I went to the hardware store today...

You can chase the threads with a die, which will help immensely. Then use some goop on it to prevent it in future. -- Jim _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com For new and used parts go to www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com
