The little plastic thingie inside the antenna, that gets pushed up and
down by the wheel inside the antenna motor assembly is probably worn
out. It is kinda like a zip tie, has some teeth molded into it that the
drive wheel can grip. You can buy the mast/plastic thingie and replace it.
