This is with the suspension hanging the amount of up/down movement I can get...

I guess I figured any movement is too much movement but I really wanted 
somebody to say so...

I'm also wondering if I can get away with only doing the rearmost which are the 
ones with movement or if "While I'm there" I ought to do both.

That's how much they compress under the weight of the car, or how much slop is 
in them? I suspect that like most rubber mounts, permissible slop is zero.
