Google knows all...  I had an email exchange going with a Breaker somewhere 
over on that side, he claimed that he traveled to/from the USA once or twice a 
year so he could save me some shipping costs on heavy things like a trailer 
hitch, but it never worked out.  They do claim to speak the same language.
