Perhaps a sign shop is a good choice. while waiting for my yard signs to be made I saw two workers doing a sheriff's car. One was selecting patterns on a computer screen, clicking "run" and a machine loaded with a roll, cut the piece. The other guy was coming and going to the car and stayed ahead of the guy inside. The car looked nice.

I would imagine you still need to make a tape guideline or something.  Even
with that, I'd probably be all over the panels! lol  Maybe tint shops and
other places that offer such services also offer striping at a reasonable
price?
