Looks just like mine... I have the Euro headlights though.

Check for rust around the fender lips and jack points.  Will be hard to tell if 
the AC works this time of year, but hit the defrost and try to see if the 
compressor engages.  Try to find out if it's been converted to R134a (look for 
the big fittings on the service valves), if you're lucky it has not been.  Try 
the cruise control... mine accelerates to about 5 - 7mph over the set point but 
works otherwise.

If it runs well but seems a bit leisurely on the throttle, it might benefit 
from an ALDA adjustment, and a BB in the EGR vacuum line.

MPG will be mid 20s if everything is working well.
