Yes, I use it.  Good luck to trying to jam GPS - it is provided primarily for 
U.S. military use (civilian use is a side benefit and not the intended use of 
the system).  I really doubt that any company will obtain a license from the 
FCC 
to broadcast on a frequency which will cause interference with a U.S. 
navigation 
military system.
