True, but I don't think that a business model of jamming a military system will 
work well in the long run.

Easy to jam, the signals are extremely weak.  I think you can buy 
jammers off the intertubes or probably make one easily if you were so 
inclined.  You could use a paper map, they are fairly immune to radio 
waves and such.
