What hole is it missing?
Do both dashes have the hole in the top for the HVAC cabin temperature sensor? I think a dash swap is straightforward, but quite the PITA due to all the stuff you have to remove to get it out of the way. Never done a 123, but I've had dashes out of more 107's than I care to think of.
