Like Kaleb said the rear end or possibly the sun gear in the transmission. On mine it's the sun gear so when the fluid gets just about 1/2 qt low it will start to whine. I'm saving for a new tranny.

I am also still looking for another 123 300TD for my daughter so she will stop trying to get mine. She loves the way those wagons look. If you decide to sell yours let me know.
