Funny think is, in England putting a moderator on the end of your barrel is considered the polite thing to do, so you can shoot without disturbing your neighbors' peace and quiet. In the USA, moderators (called silencers here) are EVIL things, strictly controlled since 1934, shortly after the morons in Hollywood started making gangster movies.
