Before you change the fuse, carefully check the wires to all the glow plugs. I find often a terminal rotates when you tighten down the nut on the glow plug, and makes contact with the head, or other metal part. Then when you turn the key on , the fuse blows, and you don't know why. Change the fuse again , and it blows again.
