For this car to be worth any *less* than $500 there has to be abundant rust and the condition of the interior would have to be truly appalling (oogy). IIRC this was the only year for the diesel W124 wagon for export to the US. What about in Europe? Again, I am astounded that these are worth LESS than the 1978 generation of W123 wahgons, which are still plentiful.
