The dash cam I would choose is the one with two lens.. one to front.. one to back and with GPS information, all logged in real time on SD card... google search for "dash cam" will give you lots of options.
It would completely cure the he said / they said / arguement in court. Of course,, if you are in the "oops I made a mistake mode".. SHUT UP... ANYTHING you say can and WILL be used against you.
