I wonder if there was the same sort of outcry when radios were first
installed in cars.
Certainly somebody smoking a cigarette and drinking a cup of coffee
while
steering with their knees (seen it) is just as dangerous if not more so
than somebody talking on a phone.
Most people are just lousy drivers banning cell phones won't change
that.
