Sadly this was a rather specialty board, a dual speed, dual output board for the high-end furnace that my parents were talked into buying when they replaced their original, but still working 30 year old furnace back in 2006 or so.
My HVAC guy said there are some aftermarket generic controllers that are often usable but not on this particular model.
