Got a response from the guy with the finnie:

"The 220S is in an offsite storage garage now and we plan to get additional 
photos (engine bay, rear compartment, undercarriage, etc) when we see it this 
week. There are no odor/mildew issues. The previous owner added the air 
fresheners over the years and never removed them. There are no rust issues, as 
it's been stored safely and rarely driven for the past 40 years."
