Have you CHANGED YOUR FUSES?
If that isn't it, probably a bad ground somewhere. There are a couple
of cut-out switches in the AC circuit, low pressure and some other one
(temp?). Not sure if the tach would share that or not, but there is
likely some electrical fault in there.
