Don't worry about this. It happens a bit every time you take your foot off the brake pedal. The rotors push back against the pads and some fluid will flow back up to the master cylinder. Also, the hoses flex a bit while under pressure. When pressure is released, the hoses will "spring back" and again brake fluid will flow backwards.
