240Ds don't need no stinkin Klima That is another reason I am reverting to 240 Ds for daily driving. Not a reason I would have mentioned, but a minor distinction between 240D and 126/124 cars and newer. (and 85 300Ds)
Well, my 190D has a Klima, and when the compressor seized up the Klima cut off the compressor clutch, and the compressor itself was eminently rebuildable rather than trash.
