Sorry. Liebert is essentially the "gold standard" in the raised floor computer room/server farm environmental and electrical infrastructure. They make chillers and UPS systems that are probably used in 90% of the computer rooms in corporate America, if not worldwide.
Stulz, well, suffice to say they're sort of the Yugo of the market, I guess. I don't know much about them, as I've never seen any of their equipment, but I have heard stories.
