My guess is, in the New York City area, there are a lot of older, wealthier, people that don't drive much, and when they retire or expire, they or their heirs dispose of things no longer needed. Jaime, having lived in this area much, if not all of his life, has an inside track to these cars. That and the law of attraction at work.
