Exactly. Wouldn't it be in the customers' best interest to try to dispute such claims? Is it not in your own best interest, as a customer, to say "Hey, isn't that a bit expensive? Should you charge my insurance company so much of a markup?"? If people did, then maybe all of our rates would decrease.........
