Simply raising one rear wheel off your block a bit with the factory jack will allow you to rotate the driveshaft to a position where the bolts are easy to get to. Lower it back down to hold it still.
Don't mess with the exhaust bolts if they look rusty. Simply support it, remove the rubber hangers and lower it out of the way. It will flex enough to make room. Broken bolts suck.
