I just took down a HUGE willow and a very big sugar maple.  Bought a used
MacKissic Merry Mac 6hp chipper shredder for $200.  Sharpened chipper
blade.  Has been doing a good(and easy) job of turning all of the brush
under 1" into mulch.  The rest is firewood from the maple.

Seems to be a well made machine for a little one.  Made in USA!  Way better
made than s Sears or MTD.
