Actually, I don't care about the back story. If he is not a fast, reliable, competitive, and knowledgeable parts supplier then he is off my radar. Trent started life with such a reputation and soon lost it. If he reestablishes a solid reputation for, maybe 3-4 years, I'll reconsider. Of course, I still enjoy an entertaining story from time to time.
