Think so? We've been twice in the last 3 years and I thought both times it was pretty reasonable. What'er you doing getting on the internet from a cruise ship anyway? You ought to be enjoying yourself and doing stuff on the ship.
The ones we went on were charging around $7 for a mixed drink, about $4 for a beer (well a quality beer that I'd drink) which I don't consider a bad price, in any big city $10 for a mixed drink is normal.
