Carnival. I think they are more low cost and more for the party crowd. We did not book anything when we got off at key west, and did discover could do all the same stuff booked direct, much cheaper. At Cozumel, when you get off at the port, they have it rigged to where you pretty much have to book one of their tours. I did not see anywhere to book anything off the ship. Inside the port area they have a big shopping tourist trap area. We walked outside the port and shopped in several flea markets and were able to talk the Mexicans down quite a bit on their prices, much much cheaper than buying at the tourist trap places inside the port area.
