I'd still like to know what makes Andy's wagon go boing, boing, boing.
Would having too high a spring rate on the steel springs cause it to be oversprung and underdamped to the point where it would fail a "does it bounce more than twice?" test?

More to the point of passing safety inspection, does it get better or worse with ten bags of softener salt in the back?
