Not if you talk to people actually using it. 8.1 is better but still crap. I'm given to understand Win9 is on fast track for 2015 release.
I understand what they were trying to do, marry the tablet and PC world, but the implementation is an epic fail. Windows 8 and the touchscreen computers received a lot of criticism when they first came out, but that seems to have died down.
