Would have to figure out an "in flight" refueling system (for both car and crew), dual controls to make crew rotation easier, "waste" disposal, and probably a dry sump engine design to facilitate oil changes, using a dual tank design so the off-duty tank of old oil could be emptied and refilled with fresh oil.
