My "old" car now is an '05 E320 with 160K on the clock. SWMBO was driving it 65 miles a day round trip all surface streets to work. I drove it for the first time in about 4 months last week. I could feel the transmission mounts failing. Going to go to the indy about an hour to get transmission mounts, motor mounts, transmission service, correct the seepage where the electrical connection hooks into the transmission, and get the oil changed. SWMBO just took a job 2.5 miles from our house. So, I think I'll drive the E320 the 85 rt a day and let her drive the CLK to work.... That will save me some sweet moolah on those damn expensive tires.
