The last one I bought on eBay was a Fortigate-60A for < $200. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5850180053&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1
I like the dual Wan interface. The 60A can handle a T3 and a T1 with failover. They can also do antivirus at the firewall. I've done PIX, but not since the GUI interface. It was a real PITA to deal with Telnet programming and even Cisco support messed up the config more often than not. They used "conduits" as I recall. Not intuitive - at least not for me. No idea on the Zytel. I can program the Fortigate myself. That means it is idiot proof. Very easy, by firewall standards. No doubt you can do more with the PIX - if you ever figure out how...
