G: Light is often all that is necessary; the brighter the better.
Most power companies will install a pole with a day/night sensor and "very"
bright lights for an affordable flat monthly fee. If the vandals are diehards
and continue, fake surveillance cameras with flashing red LEDs mounted high on
the pole will sometimes deter them. If the vandals are "very" determined, check
with the power company, security companies, and the sheriffs PIO or a deputy
someone in your subdivision knows for suggestions. Someone in the security
department of the school system might also have ideas.
I would think a fence plus posted signs might be the first thing to try since
these seem to be opportunistic vandals. IMO it would be something of a toss-up
between lights and a fence while considering costs.
