A woman came into the PnP office yesterday. Her car was an E350, next to my S430. She asked if they would take scrap cars off the property she just purchased. They advised her to send a form to last known owner and if there were no answer in two weeks, she could file with the state for ownership and title. Five weeks later, she can sell them to the yard.
