Boise is nice if you don’t mind winter.  It’s surprisingly mild, much like 
Denver can be, due to the location.  I would absolutely go to Boise if I had to 
move north of the Mason-Dixon Line.

You’ll have to put up with a lot of Mormons, though.  It’s sort of a second 
Salt Lake City of sorts.
