We have those guys around here, then we have the Nascarians/Anglos who are sleazebags and rip you off or don’t know what they’re doing. Like the guys who came around and “trimmed” a couple of oak trees in my neighbor’s yard.
My arborist came by one day to check on a couple of trees we had him put in last year, and when he saw what these hacks did to the oak trees next door I thought he was going to burst into tears. I’m all for these guys to come in and hustle to make a buck. Sure, they send a lot of it home, but they’re still spending money here and doing an honest day’s work.
