We have a bunch of those too. I occasionally find them in the house
mostly dead as I think the bug spray gets them. They are mostly
harmless and will actually eat bugs they might find, so I wouldn't get
too worried about them. The dogs love them outside, the lizards keep
them entertained.
I got a pic a coupla weeks ago of two of them "wrestling."

now he was spotted under a clear lid in the sink. The 18 year old was recruited
to get rid of him. He grabbed him by the tail which then fell off so he dropped
the lizard. He got him again and got him out of the door. Not sure how the heck
he got in the house.
