But there is a goat cheese maker right over close to where he is,
they have a little farm with goats, but they didn't want to fool
with the buffacows. Apparently milking the buffacows takes a bit
of know-how as they are not entirely cooperative. Otherwise
fairly docile but don't like to be fooled with like that.

He should import some Italian expertise and start making

impossible to find here, and terribly expensive.
